Operation & Maintenance
1.Before turning on the power each time, we should confirm that whether the power voltage is consistent with the machine’s requirements, whether the power conforms to the machine power.
2. Before starting the machine, carefully check the valve’s opened and closed whether is same to the oil filter route.
3. After starting the machine, if found any abnormal vibration and noise, please deal with it according to common faults & trouble shooting.
4. After starting-up, carefully check pressure gauge, vacuum gauge whether are normal.When the oil into the vacuum tank is significantly reduced, we should change or clean the suction filter element; before minus after the fine filtration, when the pressure is up to -0.35Mpa,the fine filter element and pre-filter element should be replaced at the same time; when the oil machine is continuously work for 150 hours , we should change or clean the suction filter element.
a)When changing the filter element, check the seal ring in filter element and filter body if undamaged, if not the seal ring shall be changed.
b）Using the backwash way to clean the suction filter element, the backwash pressure is less than 0.2 Mpa.
4. All the filter elements are with high filtration rating in the machine, when the filtering oil with higher pollution, use a lower precision filter element for pre-filtering, then change the high precision filter element to filter, otherwise, the filter element is too frequent.
5. After using vacuum pump every three months, you should change the oil once. In a larger humidity areas, pump working in wet season or pumping a lot of air pollution, the time of changing oil should be shorten base on the consideration of specific situation.The using oil is VG100 vacuum pump oil.
