 Oil tank built-in return oil filter

The built-in oil return filter in the fuel tank is widely used in excavators to filter out metal particles caused by component wear in hydraulic systems and rubber impurities caused by seal wear, keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean and extending the service life of the system.

The built-in oil return filter element is installed inside the oil tank and is equipped with a bypass valve device. It has the advantages of compact structure, simple installation, large oil flow capacity, low pressure loss, low cost, and convenient replacement of filter elements. The filter element can be optionally equipped with an outer frame, which is not fully perforated and can better store pollutants in the oil. When replacing the filter element, pollutants can be carried out of the fuel tank to avoid secondary pollution.
