High pressure pipeline filter element: This type of filter element is mainly used to protect downstream components of hydraulic systems and purify the oil itself, in order to extend the service life of hydraulic pumps. They usually have high filtration accuracy and can withstand significant pressure and vibration.
Return oil filter element: installed on the return oil path of the hydraulic system, used to remove metal powder and other mechanical impurities generated by the wear of various components in the hydraulic system, keep the oil circuit clean, and extend the service life of the hydraulic system. Some low-pressure series filter elements are also equipped with bypass valves. When the filter element is not replaced in time, the bypass valve can automatically open to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Circulating filter element: used for circulating filtration in hydraulic systems to ensure continuous cleaning of oil in the system.
Air filter element: mainly used to filter the air entering the hydraulic system, preventing impurities and moisture in the air from damaging the system.
